Heart of England Training is seeking an External Hairdressing Educator to support apprentices across Northamptonshire. The role involves travel to salons, delivering training, coaching and assessment to help learners complete their apprenticeship and advance in their careers.

You will manage a caseload, monitor learning plans, conduct progress reviews, and provide constructive feedback. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion is essential.

Formación

• Experience in education or hairdressing training.
• Ability to travel to salons across Northamptonshire.
• Strong coaching and assessment skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support a caseload of apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Deliver engaging training, coaching and assessment activities.
• Agree and monitor individual learning plans and targets.
• Conduct learner progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Support learners to achieve knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their apprenticeship.
• Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for further development.
• Maintain accurate learner records and documentation using OneFile.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure delivery meets awarding body, funding and quality requirements.
• Attend team meetings, standardisation activities and training events.
