Job summary

Able Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a respected training provider in Sunderland for a Hairdressing Tutor. You will deliver Level 3 hairdressing training to learners, combining theory and practical sessions to build skills and confidence for a successful career.

Join an expanding team and support learners with high standards in training and assessment, with the opportunity to teach on a full-time or part-time basis, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Hairdressing qualification.
• Level 3 teaching or assessor qualification (AET/PTLLS, CAVA/TAQA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 Hairdressing training with theory and practical sessions.

Hairdressing Tutor

Location: Sunderland

This role is available on a full time basis or part time, Monday to Friday can choose 2 days or 3 or 4 or 5 a week

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Hairdressing Tutor to join their expanding team based in Sunderland.

You will deliver high quality training to Level 3 learners across hairdressing qualifications, supporting learners to develop their knowledge, practical skills and confidence.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver engaging training across the Level 3 Hairdressing qualification
• Deliver both theory and practical sessions to learners
• Support learners to develop their practical hairdressing skills to the required standard
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Hairdressing qualification
• Level 3 Teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS or equivalent or Level 3 Assessor qualification such as CAVA, TAQA or equivalent

What we are looking for:

• A professional and supportive approach to working with learners
• Someone who is learner focused and passionate about maintaining high standards in training and assessment
• Confident delivering both theory and practical hairdressing sessions
• The ability to motivate learners and contribute positively to the academy environment

Salary and benefits:

• Salary £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
