Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in External Expert engagement, medical affairs or related roles.
• Understanding of compliance standards and industry codes (EFPIA, ABPI, Sunshine Act).
• Ability to work across global, regional and local teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Owners to understand engagement objectives and recommend value-driven approaches.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with External Experts and stakeholders across markets.
• Identify stakeholder needs and proactively propose engagement solutions and tactics.
• Orchestrate end-to-end engagement activities with delivery teams and External Experts for smooth execution.
• Support development of engagement plans aligned to product launches and lifecycle priorities.
• Use data and feedback to optimize engagement plans and improve the stakeholder experience.
• Monitor progress and resolve barriers to ensure transparent reporting and high-quality expert experience.
• Ensure compliance with GSK policies and industry codes, maintaining audit readiness.
