Job summary

GSK, an inclusive global biopharma, is seeking an Engagement Ambassador to partner with Business Owners and drive compliant engagement with healthcare professionals, KOLs and External Experts. You will orchestrate end-to-end engagement activities and align plans with product launches and lifecycle priorities, delivering insights to improve stakeholder value.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of global compliance standards (EFPIA/ABPI) and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Experience in external expert engagement within pharma or healthcare.
• Knowledge of global compliance standards (EFPIA/ABPI).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-border collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Owners to define objectives and engagement approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with External Experts and stakeholders.
• Identify stakeholder needs and propose engagement solutions.
• Orchestrate end-to-end engagement activities with teams.
• Ensure compliance and maintain audit readiness.
• Analyse engagement data to drive improvements.
