This team partners with global, regional and local cross-functional stakeholders to shape and deliver best-in-class External Expert Engagement, supporting product launches and lifecycle management across GSK’s portfolio.

Position Summary

As an Engagement Ambassador, you will act as a trusted partner to GSK Business Owners, enabling effective and compliant engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other External Experts. • Record transfers of value (TOVs) and other required information to support transparency and reporting obligations.
  • Analyse engagement activity, feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and consistency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Business Owners on engagement trends, expert interactions and process improvements.
  • Share best practices and contribute to standardised ways of working across business areas.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional and cross-border collaborations in a complex, matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
