Advice Direct Scotland is seeking an External Engagement Lead to raise awareness, develop strategic partnerships, create referral pathways and deliver events that increase engagement and service uptake across Scotland.
You'll collaborate with business development, communications and service delivery teams to reach more individuals, communities and organisations, ensuring accessible support and measurable impact.
Advice Direct Scotland (ADS) is Scotland's national advice service, providing free, practical and impartial advice to people across Scotland on issues including consumer rights, energy, debt, housing and advocacy.
Our mission is simple: to ensure everyone in Scotland has access to the support they need, when they need it.
As a modern, digital-first organisation, we deliver advice and support through telephone, webchat, email, SMS, social media and self-service digital tools, enabling us to reach people in the way that works best for them.
Every year, our services help thousands of people navigate financial challenges, access support, resolve consumer issues and improve their wellbeing. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, helping us deliver meaningful impact across Scotland's communities.
As our External Engagement Lead, you'll be responsible for raising awareness of ADS services, developing strategic partnerships, creating referral pathways and delivering events that increase engagement and service uptake.
You'll work closely with colleagues across business development, communications and service delivery to ensure our services reach more individuals, communities and organisations, particularly those who may otherwise struggle to access support.
You'll be a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder with experience of delivering engagement, outreach, partnership or events activity.
Experience within the third sector, public sector, advice sector or community engagement environment would be advantageous.
Advice Direct Scotland is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. We are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
Join us and help ensure more people across Scotland can access the advice and support they need, when they need it most.
