Qualifications

• Experience in garden/grounds maintenance and horticulture tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety guidelines.
• Plant knowledge and enthusiasm for exterior planting beneficial.
• Physically able to perform lifting and outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming.
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge trimming.
• Weed maintenance and landscape upkeep.
• Operate varied horticulture equipment (powered and manual).
• Maintain digital records via smartphone app.
• Liaise with customers and team members.
• Autumn clearing and spring preparation tasks.
• Mowing and general grounds maintenance.
• Heavy lifting is required.
