Job summary

Our client in West London is seeking an Express/Time Critical specialist. Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, based within the Express team. Salary £Neg.

The role requires strong Express/Time Critical experience, ideally including AOG/NFO, with solid customs knowledge and experience of import/export entries. BoxTop experience would be preferable. Daily duties include managing customer service delivery to Express clients, supervising the operational inbox, and maintaining workflows for consignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Express/Time Critical environments.
• AOG/NFO experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of customs rules and import/export entries.
• Familiarity with BoxTop or similar logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of service to Express clients.
• Manage operational email inbox and workflows for consignments.
• Follow up and resolve operational issues and customer concerns.
• Handle Sales Invoicing and ensure job costing accuracy.
• Process import/export documents and submit Customs Entry Declarations.
• Keep updated on market trends, products, services and news.
• Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Document client business processes and requirements.
• Ensure HMRC export/import entry regulations are met via self-audits.
• Ensure accuracy of export/import declarations through self-audits.

We're looking for someone with strong Express/Time Critical experience, ideally including AOG/NFO, along with good customs knowledge and experience of import/export entries. BoxTop experience would also be preferable.

Duties Include:

• Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express Clients
• Management of operational email Inbox, and procedural work flows of consignments
• Follow up and resolve all operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer
• Responsible for Sales Invoicing on a timely basis and job costing accuracy
• Processing of import/export documents and creation/submission of Customs Entry Declarations
• Keep up to date with Market trends, products, services and news.
• Establish and Maintain Internal and External Relationships.
• Fully Document attributed client's business processes and requirements.
• Ensure all HMRC Export and Import entry regulations are met, through self-auditing
• Ensuring accuracy of Export and Import entry declarations through self-auditing
