Ford & Stanley TalentWise in Sheffield is seeking an Export Manager to own customer accounts across UK and international markets. You will manage opportunities from enquiry to quotation, negotiation and project handover, combining account management, business development and commercial ownership.

You will develop long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive activity across domestic and international accounts.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing commercial experience required.
• Quotation & tender experience essential.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and opportunities end-to-end.
• Exposure to export sales or international markets advantageous.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent organisation with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with problem-solving capability.
• Proactive, independent worker able to drive opportunities to completion.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, agents and sales partners to ensure high engagement and service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Prepare, manage and follow up quotations, proposals and tenders.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and presentations to understand requirements and develop viable solutions.
• Negotiate terms and commercial arrangements to benefit customers and the business.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to gather information and support quotations and project handover.
• Gather market intelligence to support business development and sales strategy.
• Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
