Job summary

Heler Foods Nantwich is seeking an Export Coordinator to join the Trading team at our Nantwich site. This fixed term, full-time role supports export order processing from start to finish, including documentation, records and communications with internal teams, customers and external partners.

You will coordinate data and ensure compliance with export requirements, liaising with veterinary checks and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience within an administration, coordination, customer service, trading support, sales support or commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Trading team by coordinating and maintaining export documentation.
• Manage export order administration and ensure information is accurate and timely.
• Compile customer shipping documentation and organise veterinary checks as required.
• Liaise with Veterinary Surgeons to ensure documentation complies with regulations and destination requirements.
• Ensure export orders for the European entity are logged and communicated to Operations.
• Act as a point of contact for export customers with timely updates.
• Maintain export records and reports to support forecasting and visibility.
• Support day-to-day administration to meet customer requirements.
