Vacancy: Airfreight Export Clerk

Our client based in Chertsey is recruiting for an experienced airfreight export clerk with comprehensive start-to-finish experience in air exports.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging collections and liaising with shipping companies
• Preparing AWB's, MAWB, and HAWB documentation
• Completing customs entries
• Booking cargo with handlers and airlines
• Pre-alerting and post-flight notifications
• Providing excellent customer service

Ideal candidates should be well-organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in airfreight
• Polite telephone manner
• Five-year background and criminal record checks
• Valid driving license and own transport due to location

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, or 10:00-19:00. One weekend every four weekends (4 hours or until tasks are completed).
