Job summary
Nuco Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover Plymouth and surrounding PL postcodes. The role involves diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic gas boilers, servicing, and gas safety inspections in private homes.
You will work independently, provide excellent customer service, and participate in an out-of-hours rota. We offer £43,000–£48,000 basic, overtime, standby payments, a company van with fuel card, tools, BUPA private medical cover, life
Qualifications
- Experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience with gas safety and boiler diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
- Carry out servicing and gas safety inspections.
- Deliver excellent customer service within private homes.
- Use technical expertise to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
