Astrid & Miyu is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in London to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and lead a growing team. You will champion our values, mentor staff, and partner with the Store Manager to drive growth in this flagship London location.

You’ll oversee operational excellence, inventory, visual merchandising, and CRM initiatives while engaging with the local community to expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and a drive to improve processes and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower your team to host from the heart, delivering warm, present interactions.
• Coach your team using reverse leadership to foster engagement and growth.
• Deliver feedback confidently on the shop floor and on-the-spot observations.
• Lead inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail to hit targets.
• Ensure efficient operational processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote sustainable practices and strengthen the brand's social and environmental impact.
• Build brand loyalty by promoting CRM and hosting local community events.
