Astrid & Miyu in Leeds is seeking a Store Manager who will deliver memorable in-store experiences and lead a growing team. You will champion our values and drive growth in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

With a £32,000 base salary plus bonus and commission, this full-time role offers hands-on leadership, inventory and CRM initiatives, and community engagement to build lasting brand loyalty in this exciting new market for us.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong brand ambassador with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and empower your team to host from the heart and deliver warm, present interactions.
• Coach your team using reverse leadership to build high-performing, engaged staff.
• Communicate clearly and deliver feedback on the shop floor.
• Lead inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail.
• Ensure efficient operational processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote CRM, host events and engage with the local community to grow brand loyalty.
