Job summary

Astrid & Miyu is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Manchester Market Street store. You will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a 5-star customer experience across experiential retail pillars and guiding the team with warmth and ownership.

You will drive sales through product knowledge, team empowerment, and creative in-store engagement while maintaining store standards and loyalty programme participation. 32 hours weekly with commission rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a store supervisor and proven people management skills.
