Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower the team to host from the heart and own every interaction.
• Coach and develop staff using reverse leadership to drive engagement.
• Communicate clearly and deliver feedback on the shop floor.
• Lead inventory management, VM, store layouts for experiential retail.
• Ensure efficient operational processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote CRM programs, host events and engage with the local community.
