Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Marketing Account Executive for a 12-month fixed term contract in Bromsgrove. The role is hybrid with one day in the Bromsgrove office and the remainder from home, supporting experiential marketing campaigns, event crew management and client account activities.

You will work closely with the Head of Experiential and agency teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully, while providing admin and client support. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' administration experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be firm but fair.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fully IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working within a fast-paced business environment.
• Previous experience within a marketing, events or creative agency environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brief event crew on upcoming campaign activity.
• Coordinate and schedule crew members for events and nationwide tours.
• Manage crew bookings, availability & the delivery of crew training programmes.
• Calculate crew remuneration and issue purchase orders.
• Participate in the on-call rota, including occasional weekend cover.
• Ensure smooth communication between crew, management and clients.
• Produce campaign feedback reports and distribute to clients.
• Attend and contribute to client and partner agency meetings.
• Assist with content creation for event activities and campaigns.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects.
• Assist with new business opportunities and concept development.
• Conduct market and campaign research.
• Participate in agency brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
• Provide general support across the wider business as required.
