Job summary

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is seeking a proactive Marketing Account Executive for a 12-month FTC in Bromsgrove. This hybrid role combines office-based coordination with homeworking flexibility, on a 9:00-17:30 schedule.

You will support experiential marketing campaigns, manage event crew logistics, handle client account activities and assist with content creation. Strong administration, planning and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' administration experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be firm but fair.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fully IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working within a fast-paced business environment.
• Previous experience within a marketing, events or creative agency environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brief event crew on upcoming campaign activity.
• Coordinate and schedule crew members for events and nationwide tours.
• Manage crew bookings, availability & the delivery of crew training programmes.
• Calculate crew remuneration and issue purchase orders.
• Participate in the on-call rota, including occasional weekend cover.
• Ensure smooth communication between crew, management and clients.
• Produce campaign feedback reports and distribute to clients.
• Attend and contribute to client and partner agency meetings.
• Assist with content creation for event activities and campaigns.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects.
• Assist with new business opportunities and concept development.
• Conduct market and campaign research.
• Participate in agency brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
• Provide general support across the wider business as required.
