Pertemps Redditch Commercial in Bromsgrove is seeking a Marketing Account Executive on a 12-month FTC. The role supports experiential campaigns, manages event crew coordination, and handles day-to-day client account administration in a fast-paced agency setting.

It is a hybrid role with one day onsite weekly (Wednesday) and the rest remote. Working closely with the Head of Experiential and wider teams, you will ensure event activity runs smoothly, maintain strong administrative discipline, and

Qualificações

• 3-5 years' administration experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to be firm but fair.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fully IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in marketing/events or a creative agency is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Brief event crew on upcoming campaign activity.
• Coordinate and schedule crew members for events and nationwide tours.
• Manage crew bookings, availability and training delivery.
• Calculate crew remuneration and issue purchase orders.
• Participate in the on-call rota, including occasional weekend cover.
• Ensure smooth communication between crew, management and clients.
• Produce campaign feedback reports and distribute to clients.
• Attend and contribute to client and partner agency meetings.
• Assist with content creation for event activities and campaigns.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects.
• Assist with new business opportunities and concept development.
• Conduct market and campaign research.
