Job summary

Common Purpose is seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator & Client Consultant to join our team. This role blends facilitation, design, and client consultancy to shape impactful learning experiences.

Based in the UK with a fully flexible working pattern, you will work with diverse clients, tailor programmes, and translate insights into practical organisational change across the UK and beyond. Travel will be regular across the UK and internationally as required, and you’ll contribute to

Responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their learning needs and translate organisational needs into meaningful learning experiences
• Contributing to learning design and proposals, shaping programme journeys, learning objectives and activities
• Designing and curating learning experiences to be distinctive and purposeful
• Sourcing and working with contributors, briefing them effectively and drawing out their contribution before, during and after programmes
• Contributing to client pitches by explaining the thinking behind our approach and how experiential learning meets client needs
