Job summary

The Light in Redhill is seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of venue events, from initial enquiry to on-the-day delivery. You will coordinate with sales, operations and finance to ensure seamless experiences for guests, while driving site calendar activity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or a related field.
• Excellent communicator with knack for building strong relationships.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for customers from enquiry to planning completion.
• Plan and execute events that leave lasting impressions.
• Manage invoices, deposits and payments; liaise with Management, Head of Sales and Finance.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines and schedules.
• Oversee timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with event and operations teams for setup, staffing and support.
• Drive customer outreach and implement sales techniques.
• Assist Head of Sales during site visits to showcase the venue.
• Create a 30/60/90-day event program aligned with trends.
