Aspire People are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across the UK. This role is suitable for candidates with practical experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school within the last two years, and the position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers with learning activities, and help pupils with maths, English, reading and phonics, including SEND support.

• Recent practical UK school experience within the last 2 years required.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools.
• Confident with primary-aged children.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Patient, reliable and adaptable.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong safeguarding understanding.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

This is specifically for candidates who have practical experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK school during the last 2 years.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must have recent UK school-based experience within the last 2 years. Applications without relevant recent school experience will not be considered.
