Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting for experienced Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas. These roles include daily supply, short-term and long-term placements with flexible hours.

We seek reliable TAs who can quickly settle into classrooms, build positive relationships with pupils and support teachers and learners effectively. Aspire People provides dedicated consultant support and access to a large network of schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Confident supporting pupils across different year groups.
• Strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations.
• Good behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
