Thera Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living and community activities. You will help people develop new skills, plan and manage their own homes, and participate in leisure and employment activities. Training is provided and the role offers a regular monthly salary.
Roles may involve working in clients' own homes or in the community, with a focus on person-centred support and enabling individuals to live the lives they choose.
