Are you a highly motivated caring individual, who is looking for a vocation where every day is different, where you can make a difference to people’s lives?
We offer care packages for a diverse range of individuals with different care and support needs, which range from full support, forensic, and challenging behaviours, whilst being able to risk assess situations. There is also support helping with budgeting and shopping.
For the people we support, you would need to be very active to support with social activities as they like to go swimming, to the gym, and go to rugby games or concerts on occasions, which may include late evenings.
In our Leeds Outreach, you will be working within the community and within people's own homes and day centre support, assisting with daily finances, meal preparation, and personal care. Every day is different, as each individual is unique; this is why a person-centred approach is essential.
The role
Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities, and at times can display behaviours of concern. Therefore, you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans to ensure a consistent approach.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
