We are seeking experienced, calm, and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support, including personal care and engaging in community activities such as walking, swimming, and gym visits. Additionally, you will collaborate with members of the individual's support circle to help them achieve their wishes and aspirations.
The role requires the ability to support individuals who may express needs through challenging behaviour at times. Prior experience in this field is essential. We value personal skills and interests that you bring to the role and to the lives of service users, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking.
Our organization operates three Supported Living Services in Horsforth, Cookridge, and Middleton, providing person-centred support to adults on the autistic spectrum.
As a Creative Support Relief Support Staff member, a minimum of twelve months' experience is required. You will have access to our free app to pick up shifts across Leeds and nationwide, with information on services, shifts, and directions. Payments are made weekly.
