Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a Supervisor to lead shifts in our pubs, open and close operations, and coach the team to deliver outstanding service. You’ll champion product knowledge, drive health & safety compliance, and contribute to sales growth under the guidance of the senior team.

The role offers a clear progression path within a people-first environment, with emphasis on staff development, internal promotion, and a range of benefits including flexible shifts and learning opportunities.

Job description

Role Purpose

Our Supervisors are a hugely important part of the leadership structure in our pubs and with our reputation of promoting internally, there are clear lines of progression for those who wish to develop to Assistant Manager. You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and service, have a keen eye for detail, and have an understanding of how to encourage and coach to get the best out of your team.

You will be the driver of our operational standards. You will champion product knowledge and training across both our food and beverage offer and above all else be ready to learn and develop yourself along with the support of our senior team.

As a Supervisor, you will be leading shifts, this will include opening & closing the pub, training & coaching of the team, managing health & safety of the pub and have a keen eye for growing sales!
