Mackinnon Bruce International is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Nottingham office, across the Industrial division. You will build and lead a full 360 desk, win clients and fulfill recruitment needs in a dynamic market.

We offer uncapped commission up to 60%, potential equity, and autonomy to run your own desk within a high‑performing team, with clear progression opportunities and ongoing Learning & Development support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role with a proven track record.
• Managed a team successfully.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow key accounts.
• Highly motivated and financially driven with a desire to progress quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead your own success.
