Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its NW SEND Tuition team to support learners across the North West. We are seeking experienced educators with a strong SEND background to deliver high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition.

QTS is desirable, and candidates should be able to understand barriers to learning, adapt approaches, and create a safe environment where learners can progress socially and academically.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised tuition to learners facing barriers to education.
• Strong SEND knowledge and ability to adapt approaches.
• Ability to build a safe, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 SEND tuition across the North West.
• Develop personalised learning programmes and monitor progress.

Experienced SEND Tutors - Make Your Expertise Count

Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its team of specialist tutors supporting children and young adults across the North West.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced teachers and tutors with a strong SEND background who can deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to learners facing barriers to education.

This isn't simply about delivering a lesson.

It's about understanding the learner, identifying their barriers, adapting your approach and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported and able to learn.

You'll work on a 1:1 basis, developing personalised learning programmes and helping learners make measurable progress academically, socially and in confidence.

We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have experience with:

• Autism
• ADHD
• SEMH
• Anxiety and school refusal
• Medical needs
• Exclusions
• EHE
• Complex learning needs
• Functional Skills / GCSE preparation

QTS is desirable, alongside strong curriculum knowledge and proven experience working with SEND learners.
