Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to children and young adults across the North West through the NW SEND Tuition Framework. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers and tutors who want to use their skills to support learners who are currently unable to access mainstream education.

We are looking for QTS or relevant teaching/tutoring experience, SEND experience is highly desirable, strong subject knowledge and excellent communication

Qualifications

• QTS or tutoring experience required.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• SEND experience desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalised tuition.
• Support learners to progress academically, confidently and engage with learning.
• Liaise with families, schools and professionals as needed.
