Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for permanent recruitment in the data and analytics market? Harnham’s permanent team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced consultant to join our growing data recruitment team, focusing on permanent roles across areas such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI.

The Role

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the data and analytics sectors. Your day-to-day will include:

• Business Development: Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying permanent recruitment opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading organizations across the data science, data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and AI markets.
• Candidate Sourcing: Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier permanent candidates in data and analytics roles.
• Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring smooth processes from the hiring stages through to onboarding and beyond.
• Market Expertise: Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to both clients and candidates.
