Qualifications

• ARLA Level 3 qualification is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of heating, hot water, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar Property Manager role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a property portfolio with high service standards for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate move-ins and liaise with branches to prepare properties.
• Handle routine and emergency maintenance with contractors and managers.
• Respond promptly to complaints and manage financial paperwork for invoices.
• Ensure proper landlord-tenant communication and documentation.
• Verify insurance and certifications for works; maintain records.
• Process insurance claims, liaise with block managers and loss adjusters.
• Inspect properties and follow up on required works.
• Prepare checkout reports and manage deposits, disputes if needed.
• Maintain cross-team communication with Lettings, Accounts and Overseas offices.
• Collaborate to meet landlord/tenant needs and uphold service standards.
• Adhere to ARLA Propertymark guidelines.
