Job summary

Benham & Reeves in Hampstead seeks an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record in property management. You will deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Ideal candidates will have ARLA Propertymark Level 3, knowledge of heating and electrical systems, and at least 4 years in a similar role, with strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of heating, hot water, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar property management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolio, delivering high levels of service to landlords and tenants.
• Liaise with branches to prepare properties for move-in.
• Agree what 'float' to hold, i.e. money retained to pay invoices for landlords.
• Deal with routine or emergency maintenance with contractors and managers.
• Respond to complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure invoices are authorised and funds requested when needed.
• Maintain clear communication between Property Management, Lettings, Accounts and overseas offices.
• Ensure ARLA PropertyMark guidelines are followed.
