SouthSide Property Management, Edinburgh-based, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio, build strong landlord and tenant relationships, and ensure properties are safe, compliant and well maintained.

You will lead portfolio management, coordinate maintenance, stay compliant with Scottish letting legislation and HMO requirements, and collaborate with Lettings, Applications, Property Visits, Viewings and Accounts teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Property management experience and solid understanding of Scottish letting legislation.
• Full driving licence.
• ARLA Level 6 or equivalent (desirable; eligible for company support).

At SouthSide Property Management, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced property professional to join our growing Edinburgh-based team.

The Opportunity

You’ll take responsibility for your own established portfolio of fully managed properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Your main areas of focus will include:

• Managing your own portfolio and being the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Overseeing property maintenance, repairs and improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with Scottish letting legislation, HMO requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Building lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Taking a proactive approach to property management, problem-solving and portfolio performance.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

• Has previous property management experience and a good understanding of Scottish letting legislation.
• Is confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Enjoys building relationships and finding solutions.
• Takes pride in being organised, proactive and delivering a high standard of service.
• Is a supportive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Has a full driving licence.

ARLA Level 6 or an equivalent qualification is desirable, but we’ll support and fund the qualification if you haven’t already achieved it.
