Job summary

Simply Conveyancing is seeking experienced conveyancers to join a team of property experts handling leasehold transactions across residential matters. You will work within a dynamic caseload of around 60–65 files, with the option to work remotely, in hybrid mode, or in an office setting across the UK.

The role emphasizes high quality client service, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with supportive in‑house teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
