Job summary

Saputo Nuneaton is hiring Production Operators to join our 24/7 shift pattern at our centre of excellence in Nuneaton. You will work on mixed cheese production lines in a temperature-controlled site and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

We offer a long-term Full Time role with a competitive salary (£35,576.40), a quarterly site bonus up to £800, and a benefits package including pension and health plans.

Qualifications

• Experienced operator in a food production environment
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and food safety
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Able to adapt to changing production environment
• Experience with different types of machinery

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of the Operations team in a 12°C environment
• Carry out manual handling, cheese cutting, line setup, wrapping machine operation
• Adhere to SOPs, site policies and SSOW

We currently have openings on our 24/7 shift pattern:

43 hours per week:

2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - 6:45am - 7pm / 6:45pm - 7am

Salary: £35576.40

Bonus: up to £920 per year

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

• Working as part of the Operations team in an air temperature of 12°C
• Carrying out a variety of manual handling tasks, cheese cutting, yield understanding & control, line set up, operation of wrapping machines, using machinery and materials handling equipment
• Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
