TipTopJob in Northampton is seeking an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a rapidly growing RIBA chartered practice serving commercial and industrial sectors. A permanent role with a salary range of £28,000 to £35,000.

You will hit the ground running on high-profile projects, develop planning schemes to detailed drawings, produce specifications, tenders and working drawings, ensuring high-quality delivery while progressing towards your RIBA Part 3.

Qualifications

• Completed RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Experience as Architectural Assistant in a UK practice.
• Working towards RIBA Part 3 is desirable.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and develop planning schemes to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings.
