Job Overview

DAC Beachcroft's Casualty Injury team is expanding due to client wins and growth. We are seeking talented Paralegals, whether experienced or new to Defendant Personal Injury work, to handle EL/PL claims up to £100k. This role offers a chance to develop technical expertise, understand litigation, and build a professional network within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

1. Manage files proactively to meet deadlines and ensure case resolution.
2. Meet client needs and firm standards, adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and protocols.
3. Achieve financial targets, including billing and collections.
4. Develop case strategies aligned with legal standards and firm interests.
5. Manage risks and compliance, escalating issues promptly.
6. Engage with clients to foster relationships and act as a firm ambassador.
7. Contribute to business development and client engagement activities.
8. Maintain and enhance legal knowledge through training and reading.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates with a legal degree and/or LPC, or Paralegals with 0-2 years’ experience, preferably in EL/PL.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of work.
• Enthusiastic about building a career in Casualty Injury law and collaborative team work.
