The Team
Our fraud team is one of our fastest-growing practices, covering a range of insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, with an emphasis on motor, EL/PL and organised frauds. Our lawyers work closely with our intelligence analysts and understand the role of technology in fighting fraud.
We are looking to recruit a Paralegal/Litigation Executive with relevant Motor Fraud experience gained in a defendant firm who can demonstrate excellent knowledge of the litigation process and run their own case load of files. Experience with MIB claims would be beneficial.

You will be working within a team filled with legal professionals working in an engaging and friendly environment. You will be focussed on delivering a highly professional service to clients, including compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements. Previous experience of managing your own caseload is required and experience of personal injury litigation would be desirable.
