Job summary

Hakim Group is seeking a part-time Optical Assistant to join our Eccleshall and Broomhill practices. You will deliver personalised, patient-first care, guiding frame and lens choices and ensuring each fit is comfortable and stylish.

You will engage with patients to build trust, work with a tight-knit team, and utilise your knowledge to create a smooth, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Optical Assistant position is essential.
• This role is based across our two practices, in Broomhill and Banner Cross.
• This role requires you to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in frame and lens selection and provide expert advice.
• Ensure fittings are accurate and comfortable, delivering patient-first care.
