House & Son is seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our Bournemouth office. You will deal with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, manage references, prepare tenancy agreements, and oversee adverts and viewings.
The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent IT ability, and a proactive, team-friendly approach. The position is full-time, on-site with hours averaging 41.25 per week; salary £30k–£35k DOE, with 20–25 days holiday increasing with service.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our successful team at our busy Bournemouth office.
Previous experience working within a lettings environment is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who already understands the lettings process and can bring practical lettings administration experience to the team.
Dealing with prospective / current Landlords and Tenants. A sound knowledge of all that is going on in the department must be developed and maintained as the role may involve being left to manage the office alone.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised and good at maintaining the department’s level of service through accurate recording of information in the relevant places (computerised and manual). You will support the team in various administrative roles, including maintenance/repairs, check outs and deposits, and general admin.
Using Word / Excel / Jupix (computer aided residential lettings). Training will be given on the database and Jupix. Attention to detail a must.
Your regular working hours will average at 41.25 hours per week, structured as follows:
Lunchtime is to be arranged in conjunction with other members of staff to enable the office to remain manned.
Holidays are at a scale of 20 days per annum for the period 1 January to 31 December on a pro-rata basis per number of completed months. Holiday entitlement increases to 21 days per year from the January following 2 years continuous employment, with one additional day per year, up to a maximum of 25 days.
