Job summary

MotorFair Hyundai in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Executive to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll present Hyundai finance options and products, conduct demos and test drives, and strive to meet sales targets with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven sales role is essential or highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities are required.
• Professional, self-motivated approach with a customer-first mindset.
• Good IT skills; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used Hyundai vehicles to achieve sales targets.
• Respond to enquiries in person, over the phone, by email and online.
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on opportunities.

MotorFair Hyundai, Birmingham

MotorFair is a long-established, family-owned dealership representing Hyundai. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle-buying journey, from their first enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and handover. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but we’ll also consider people with a strong track record in retail, hospitality, telesales, estate agency or another customer-facing sales role.

What you’ll do:

• Sell new and used Hyundai vehicles
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, email and online
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up opportunities
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present finance and additional products in line with compliance requirements
• Keep customer records up to date and maintain product knowledge
• Work towards agreed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:
