Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group in Oldham is seeking a results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our busy sales team. You will build strong customer relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and guide customers through a seamless buying journey while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers £45,000 OTE with uncapped commission and a company car, with Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 8:45am–5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am–4:00pm and 1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven.
• Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Holds a full valid UK driving licence.
