Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Sales Membership Manager on a fixed-term contract to join the Acquisitions team in London. You will lead the Experience team, ensure staffing and service levels, and drive membership sales with strong budget discipline.

The role requires accountability for daily operations, GDPR-compliant administration, and insightful reporting to leadership. A hands-on leader who can adapt to club needs and support the business goals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, driving success and growth.
• Experience from a Sales/KPI driven background would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience team to deliver outstanding members’ and prospects’ experience daily.
• Ensure the club is fully staffed to deliver exceptional service and meet daily budgets.
• Oversee membership administration and GDPR compliance.
• Achieve sales budgets including volume, revenue and joining fees.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analysis.
