Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Sales Membership Manager to lead the Experience Team, delivering outstanding member and prospect experiences across our London clubs. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with direct accountability for staffing, service standards, and membership sales.

You will manage inquiries, admin, GDPR compliance, and reporting, while ensuring budgets and joining fee targets are met. Includes serving as Duty Shift when needed and contributing to a high-performance club

Qualifications

• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Experience in driving sales and KPIs with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience team to deliver outstanding member and prospect experiences daily.
• Oversee membership inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage membership administration with accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Drive club sales to meet budgets, including budgets for joining fees and memberships.
• Monitor membership results and activity using available systems and tools; provide regular reports.
