Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an Expense Specialist to process employee expense claims, ensure policy compliance, and provide day‑to‑day support to colleagues.

You will resolve expense queries, manage reimbursements, uphold financial controls, and contribute to automation and process improvements using ERP systems and Excel.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration within a global finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in expense processing and accounts payable.
• Understanding of expense policies and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense claims in line with policy and approval requirements.
• Validate receipts, coding, VAT, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee queries and support reimbursements.
• Assist with payment runs and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal controls.
