Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Guildford. You will manage high‑volume expense claims, keep expense systems accurate, and assist with monthly payroll preparation, working closely with HR and finance.

Key responsibilities include reviewing expense claims, ensuring VAT accuracy, administering SAP Concur, supporting payroll reconciliations, and monitoring the payroll inbox.

Qualifications

• Experience administering SAP Concur or a similar expense management system.
• Strong VAT calculation and expense coding understanding.
• Foundational payroll data processing knowledge (starters, leavers, deductions).
• Excellent attention to detail with high-volume financial data.

Responsibilities

• Expense Management: Review and reconcile high–volume expense claims.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure claims are coded correctly, VAT calculated accurately, non‑compliant claims queried/rejected.
• System Administration: Maintain SAP Concur profiles, add/remove joiners, manage access.
• Payroll Preparation: Support monthly payroll preparation, reconciliations, investigate variances.
• Inbox Monitoring: Manage Payroll and Benefits inbox, respond to queries, escalate.
• HR Collaboration: Work with HR to process payroll changes for starters, leavers, bonuses, deductions.
