Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in maritime, expedition, or cruise industry.
• Experience creating meaningful experiences for guests including voyage narratives, shore excursions and activities.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing invoicing with local communities and shore excursion/tour providers.
• Experience identifying and implementing product improvements for expedition experiences.
• Significant regional knowledge gained from destinations we operate in is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design expedition experiences and storytelling that emphasize local culture, wildlife, science, and history.
• Develop activities, shore excursions, and content aligned with our science program and sustainability values.
• Create voyage narratives linking onboard experiences with shore activities and guest journeys.
• Build and maintain relationships with shore excursion providers and local communities.
• Collaborate with onboard teams and external partners to plan content and train staff.
