Job summary

Uniphar in Hayes is seeking an Expanded Access Program Coordinator to oversee and triage enquiries from Healthcare Professionals through dedicated program inboxes and phone lines, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams to meet KPIs, support physicians and pharmacists, and manage registrations, patient enrolment, invoicing and order processing.

Qualifications

• Degree level preferred with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations.
• Experience handling HCP inquiries and understanding SOPs/GDP where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and triage enquiries from Healthcare Professionals via program emails and phones.
• Collaborate with Project Management to align KPIs and deliverables for each program.
• Support physicians and pharmacists with general enquiries and escalate medical queries as needed.
• Manage HCP registrations and patient enrolment per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance.
