• Proven track record delivering building structures projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow the structural engineering team in Exeter.
• Provide technical guidance and assurance across projects.
• Steer project and design management of multidisciplinary commissions.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications and other deliverables.
• Develop technical capability and career progression of engineers.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing team culture.
